We want you to be completely happy with your Fatface purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, you can return your items to us.
How to Return an Item
You can send your items back to us quickly and easily. For full instructions and to generate your returns label, please visit our Returns Portal at fatstyleuk.com.
Important Returns Information
- You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return items for a refund.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange face coverings, footwear (unless in their original, undamaged box), earrings, or swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact.
- Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.
- This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty item or an item you did not order, please contact us via the Returns Portal at fatstyleuk.com so our team can assist you.
Made-to-Order Items
Please note that made-to-order items, including personalisation, are final and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
