Our Contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from Fat Face, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so you will receive it instantly. This is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and Fat Face will be formed when we send you an email confirmation that the goods have been dispatched to you.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or anyone else in those circumstances.

Pricing and Availability

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced or out of stock. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and you will not be charged.

Fat Face does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Fat Face only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
