How can I track my order?

What happens if I’m not in?
If you are not available to receive your delivery, our delivery partner will follow their standard process. This usually involves leaving a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

My tracking says delivered but I don’t have it.
If your tracking information confirms delivery but you cannot locate your items, we recommend first checking any safe places around your property or asking neighbours. If you are still unable to find it, please get in touch with our team for further assistance.

Can I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address up until the point your order is packaged and dispatched. Once your order is on its way, we are unable to alter the delivery destination.
